The Company
Stable Capital Advisors is a financial advisory and private placement boutique with offices in Montreal and Geneva. The firm specializes in raising money from institutional and other qualified investors in North-America and Europe on behalf of private equity fund managers (buyout, real estate, infrastructure and special situations). We are a small team working in a challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in the structuring, researching and marketing activities:
- Monitor the business environment to identify latest industry developments
- Research and identify new investors
- Support in all aspects of the fundraising process
- Provide financial analysis and modeling
- Prepare and draft fund marketing materials
Qualifications
- University degree in business or finance
- MBA or CFA is an asset
- Has passed the PDO Exam of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada, the Canadian Securities Course Exam or the Exempt Market Products Exam
Five to seven years of relevant experience in a financial environment, preferably alternative assets.
Requirements
- Passion for and sound knowledge of finance and international business
- Work in Microsoft Office environment
- Superior marketing and analytical skills and strong learning capabilities
- Fluency in French and English. Knowledge of other languages, particularly Spanish, is an asset
- Capacity to work autonomously and under pressure
- Availability to travel when required
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to details and presentation of information
